Our Frac Fluid Heating Super Heater sizes vary from 35 MBTU to 40 MBTU. We offer propane and natural gas fired units, as well as skid and trailer mounted super heaters. The super heaters are equipped with the latest generation LPG vaporizers. This provides a more effective heat transfer to the frac fluid, in addition to allowing a faster job completion.
Cold Weather Pumping
Working during cold weather conditions can prove to be challenging for some winter fluid transferring seasons. Barricade has developed their own heating system to be used with the water transfer lines. By using Frac Fluid Super Heaters during fluid transfer services, we can ensure that our lines will not freeze. This allows the transferred fluids to arrive on location, and on time.

40MBTU FRAC FLUID SUPER HEATER
Barricade’s 40MBTU Frac Fluid Super Heaters are available in both skid and trailer mounted units. Fuel sources for all units can be either propane or natural gas, along with the ability to have the fuel source changed over in minutes. Our Super Heaters have a 4 x 3 x 13 Direct Drive Mission Pump, as well a heat rise of 104°F @ 19bbl per minute.
35MBTU FRAC FLUID SUPER HEATER
Barricade’s 35MBTU Frac Fluid Super Heaters are trailer mounted units. Fuel sources for all units can be either propane or natural gas, along with the ability to have the fuel source changed over in minutes. Our Super Heaters have a heat rise of 104°F @ 16bbl per minute.
